What are the essential considerations in confectionary flow wrapping?

All machines can be configured to accommodate both heat seal and cold seal film. Cold seal film is often a pereffered option when flow wrapping chocolate, this enables you to run the machine without the need for heat to seal the film, which therefore means you wont be melting your chocolate.
