From a young age, Matthew had a keen interest in the mechanical and technical aspects of machinery. As a third-generation member of the family business, he began his journey on the shop floor, developing a hands-on understanding of our machinery and processes. Over time, his passion for engineering – including the technical side of software and programming – has continued to grow, shaping both his approach and his contribution to the business today.
That hands-on experience, combined with years of working closely with customers, has given Matthew a deep understanding of the challenges they face and the solutions they need.
His tenure reflects not just longevity, but the depth of knowledge and strategic insight he brings to our operations every day. From shaping processes to guiding our teams, Matthew’s leadership has been instrumental in refining our solutions and keeping Redpack at the forefront of packaging innovation.
