''Working with Giles and the team has been a dream. They listened and understood our requirements before supplying a truly bespoke solution. Customer support and technical help has been friendly, reliable and always delivered with a smile and patience''
''We took delivery of our first Redpack in 2002, and it’s still going strong we are run 4 of your machines now. We find them easy to set up and change product and have had very little trouble with them over the years. Any issues we have had have been quickly solved over the phone by speaking to your engineers and parts always are delivered next day if needed''
''Redpack’s professionalism, excellent customer service and superb wrapping machines have helped our salad harvest operation become massively more efficient. I’ve been lucky enough to be a small part of the project developing your BMi machine. (An in-field, flow wrapped solution for Iceberg lettuce.) It was a pleasure working with you and your team to improve efficiencies with this system. For me, the keycomponents to Redpack’s success are your rich heritage in the fresh produce packaging sector-offering a UK designed and built, rugged, rig-spec machine and also your willingness to tailor machines to your customer’s exacting requirements''
''Further to our telephone conversation I would like to thank you and your team at Redpack for the continued support and dedication given to the HC65 flow wrapper here at G’s. The mechanical workmanship and finished quality is far above our expectations. During last year the machine ended our season with a very good performance however with the new upgraded software we truly believe this will out preform our existing system this coming season. On the 24th / 25th April we have our annual food safety audit from MARKS & SPENCER – the HC65 will be very much in the spot light due to packing their product on this machine, I am fully confident that the machine will meet all food hygiene standard expected from such a high level customer''
“I’ve an old Redpack that’s been sat uncovered in the yard for 2 years in all weathers. I brought it inside, plugged it in and it worked first time”.
