We are looking for someone who is not afraid to dial unknown numbers. You know that every call can yield a big result.
What are you going to do?
Calling, calling and calling again: you are not afraid of cold acquisition and know how to get potential customers on the line. You are not afraid of a ‘no’, because you know that the next customer will say ‘yes’. You spend a lot of time on the phone to build relationships and create new opportunities.
Organizing and planning: You make sales appointments and keep an eye on the planning. You ensure that colleagues who go on the road are always in the right place. Thanks to you, they can also perform optimally. With each other, for each other.
Conducting sales conversations: Your goal is to sell our foil to the man/woman and you focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You know exactly how you can help the customer further and where there are opportunities. With your knowledge and enthusiasm, a world opens up for them in the field of plastic bags.
Do you want to go on the road every now and then? No problem, but we are mainly looking for someone who can approach customers from our beautiful building in Twente.
And you, who/what are you?
Commercial, duh. No, you are mainly yourself. We do not believe in learned sales talk, we believe that sales is in you. You are yourself, do it your way and that makes you good at your job: from good soil, come good harvest.
In this role it helps if you are extrovert, enthusiastic and have good communication skills. You know how to keep an overview like no other and planning/organizing comes naturally to you. Because you will mainly be working with potential customers, it is important that you are curious by nature. This way you know exactly what the customer is looking for and how we at Redpack can respond to that. You have experience in B2B sales in a production environment.
You have (a lot of) knowledge of plastic packaging, knowledge of the market and trends. You master the English and German language in word and writing in connection with our international commercial trajectories. Do you already know a lot, but not everything? No problem, everything can be learned!
