Redpacks’ Technical Department has experienced design engineers using the most up to date CAD Solid Works software to carry out full machine design and application configuration. All Redpack packaging machines are constructed around a very stable fabricated framework that is essential for reliability and long life.

Following delivery and installation Redpacks after sales Service Manager organises the activities of the Service Engineers, provides telephone support for your engineering personnel, arranges maintenance contracts and organises scheduled maintenance activities. Engineering visits are carried out by competent and helpful Service Engineers who are backed by a comprehensive spare parts supply.
