There are a range of machine drive systems and product infeeds available to suit the product/production requirement ranging from simple mechanical/electronic too sophisticated multi axis servo drives with colour touch screen operator controls

 

The P325 flow wrapping machine has a single axis electronic drive system that is simple for operators to use for adjustment to the required bag length and film print position via a control knob with digital display. The drive and control to the seam crimp seamlessly adjusts the print registration to within 1mm of position during machine operation.

 

The P325E flow wrapping machine has a three axis electronic drive system that has a touch screen with simple commands for operators to enter the product code parameters required for product change over.  On product to product change over the Bag length, print registration, end crimp slow down, infeed position, printed code position and machine speed change automatically upon entry of a product code into the HMI. 

 

The P325S flow wrapping machine has an advanced three axis servo drive and PLC control system (Allen-Bradley or Quin) with a 10.3” colour touch screen (HMI) that displays simple commands for operators to enter product code and settings. The HMI also displays machine diagnostics and is capable of management data collection and communication to other plant and equipment. On product to product change over the Bag length, print registration, end crimp slow down, infeed position, printed code position and machine speed are all changed automatically upon entry of a product name or product code into the HMI.
