Redpack Packaging Machinery supply two more P325E-SP Snack Packers for crisp multi-packs

A major UK supplier of crisps has ordered a further two P325E-SP SnackPacker flow wrapping machines from Redpack Packaging Machinery for flowrapping multi-packing crisps in 6 pack format.

The new P325E-SP flowrappers will be supplied with 5.5 metre infeeds and will be interfaced to automatic primary bag feeders to provide operator free loading.

To compliment the automatic feed systems the P325E-SP flow wrapping machines will be configured with auto-splice that enables the film web to be joined automatically on reel changeover. Reel to reel times with synchronisation of print registration can be completed without stopping the line and within around 3 bags.

The entire supply is engineered by Redpack Packaging Machinery to provide 24/7 production reliability with a minimum of maintenance requirement.
